Album Review: MVD LUV by Juan Wauters

MVD LUV (also known as Amor Montevideo) is the first Juan Wauters album recorded in his birth city of Montevideo, Uruguay. By recording the album on sidewalks and rooftops around the city, Wauters makes his seventh studio album feel like a folk-pop documentary. It's exciting, but a bit rushed. Apart from the nearly four-and-half-minute-long "La Lucía," no track has a runtime longer than 2:39, with just over half of them clocking in at two minutes or less.
