A little bit of beautifully bottled unshine, designed to keep the winter blues far away It only seems like five minutes ago that Fionn Regan was being hailed as the latest bright young thing to come out of Ireland, with his debut album The End Of History. That album led to a Mercury Prize nomination in 2007, and set the foundations for a career that’s settled down into solid reliability. That may seem like it’s damning Regan with faint praise, but it’s simply confirmation that he does what he does very well.
