A Solid Stand

I use this stand for my ukulele on nights that the local uke club gets together. Since the uke is shorter than a guitar, I put some plumbing insulation around the downtube. I put the iPad holder that I got from Sweetwater on the opposite side, and it's the perfect height when sitting in a chair playing.

It's well-built and travels well. I recommend it!

Better than before!!!!

I already own one of these. Really think it's a great stand! But this new one has a matching black adjustment lever instead of red like my last one and the button for the 3 legs works loads more simply!!!

An excellent redesign that's really stable, especially for my odd shaped instruments

Music background: Semi pro. It pays, but can't live off it

Great for gigs!

I have been using the Ultimate Support guitar stands for years when playing out. Being able to quickly hang the guitar from the head stock and change weapons quickly is a time saver. Bar owners don't like long quiet spots in the show. I'm not sure when they upgraded the leg-locking mechanism, but I like the "new-to-me" version better. I usually take three guitars to gigs, and keeping the stands 'single' gives me the flexibility for different venues. This stand is super stable. I highly recommend.

Convenient, light, protective, functional guitar stabd

I own three of these and just ordered another. I am using one actually with a mandolin, with some styrofoam attached to the upright bar to protect the back side finish. The others I use to keep guitars handy in various rooms in my home.

These stands are lightweight, break down quickly and hold a guitar nicely when unfolded and locked into position, holding it up by the neck/head. Highly recommended.

The BEST guitar stands for me !!!

S a professional guitarist I've been using the Ultimate Genesis guitar stand for as long as I can recall (20+ years??)
Built well, simplicity in design, guitars hang safely.
As they age they get a little "loose" and I've done repairs, rebuilds, and maintenance in order to keep them working.
I've even utilized parts to create refurbished new ones and even a custom double neck stand.
I absolutely love the new versions with the push button leg lock.
It replaced the locking twist cam and made them even more efficient to set up.
I highly recommend these stands as a well thought out simple, safe, and sturdy design.
Way to go Ultimate
