I got this looper pedal so I could lay down some chords then play lead over the looped rhythm. It works as advertised. Controls are bare-bones simple and the pedal is ruggedly built with a metal case. This was the first time I heard myself playing back on a loop. This is a GREAT practice tool not only for practicing leads
over a looped track but also to hear how well you are staying in time. I put this pedal at the end of my chain and it seems fine there. I just have 2 other pedals, a fuzz and a tremolo/reverb.

Can't say enough good things about this pedal. It's an amazing practice tool and great for added layers with the live music! I recommend though ( if you have a lot of pedals... 4 or 6 at least ) getting a buffer to restore signal strength. My perterson striving-stomp has a buffer setting and it makes a difference. Otherwise just about any buffer is nice especially the JHS little black buffer.

It's great ! Lots of fun, and I think that I'm becoming a better guitar player with its' use.
As you can see in the photo, I slipped the Ditto into the end of the Pedal Train.

I got this because I needed something small for my board. It works fine and does what it says but when you stop the playback and clear the memory, the loop begins to play for a second. Not a huge fan of that. Overall though, it's a super small space saver for any rig and is very easy to use.

I have the Electro-Hamonix 720 looper but it's a bit much for my uses. The Ditto is simple, easy to use and perfect for my practice sessions.

The Ditto is a super-compact "bantam" pedal with just a single footswitch and a single knob, yet it provides everything you need to put loops to work in your music. Using the Ditto is simple: hit the footswitch to start recording your loop; hit it again to stop recording and start playback. While the loop is playing, use the switch to toggle overdub recording on and off. To undo or redo an overdub, hold down the switch while the loop is playing. To completely clear the loop, hold down the switch when playback is off. The knob controls the volume of the loop playback. There you go - the complete operating manual for the pedal! The Ditto offers up to five minutes of loop time at 24-bit digital resolution, so you get plenty of time and stellar sound quality. Plus, it fits on any pedalboard. And at its price, the Ditto is a supreme value. TC has been on a solid roll with their pedals lately, and the Ditto only cements their leading position. Another winner from TC!
